Sun Life makes it easy to view and manage your Client implementations inside of Sun Life Onboard. As a Broker in Sun Life Onboard, you'll be set up with access to view and manage any of your clients who are using Sun Life Onboard to set up their benefits.

Client List View
When you are logged in as a Broker, you'll see a full list of any Client you have access to in Sun Life Onboard in your Client List View.
From your Client list view:
- You will be able to see and access a list that includes your Clients' policy number, effective date and onboarding phase.
- You can sort the columns by alphabetic or numerical order when selecting the column header or use the search bar at the top of the screen to search for a client by name.
- You will also see the ability to filter this view by the specific Onboarding timeline phase for their Clients (i.e. Welcome, Info Gathering, Review & Validate, etc).
Please note: By default, your Client list view filter will exclude any Clients with a 'Completed' status if you have not customized your filter settings. You can adjust your filter settings and your selections will remain between your login sessions.
Timeline Reminders
If you have Clients with certain tasks that haven’t been completed as they get closer to their policy effective date, you’ll see those Clients' onboarding phases highlighted in your Client list view.

Accessing a specific Client
When you click the View button, you will be able to access the onboarding details for your Client. From the Client's Onboarding view, you also have the ability to view the status, see activity from your Client and manage any tasks related to onboarding.
To return back to your full Client List View, click on the See all clients link highlighted in the banner at the top of the page.
