If an employee needs help getting their dental ID card, you can access a copy of their card from your Sun Life Connect portal.
For a generic dental ID card that can be used for all enrolled employees:

Select the Policy documents tab from the Sun Life Connect home page, and then View policy documents.

The generic dental ID card will be found under Other documents.
To find a specific employee’s dental ID card take the following steps:

Hover over the Manage employees tab near the top and select View an employee.

Read the Benefit Terms and Conditions, check the “Agree” box, and select Submit.

A pop-up window will appear advising that the Manage employees functionality will be administered in a separate browser window. Select Continue.

A new tab or window will open. To use the other functions of the website, you will need to go back to the other tab or window.

Use the search options to locate the employee and view their Member Details.

Locate the drop-down menu in the top right corner and select Request ID Card, and then Go.

The employee’s dental ID card will now open as a PDF.
